БРИКС и новая модель гегемонистской стабильности

Форум крупнейших развивающихся экономик планеты БРИКС занимает одно из центральных мест в современном политическом процессе на глобальном уровне. Дебаты о причинах создания и результатах работы БРИКС продолжаются уже более десятилетия, при этом позиции представителей школ экономического национализма и либерализма по многим вопросам противоположны. Представители различных школ международной политической экономии (МПЭ) делают акцент на поиске общих интересов, объединивших пятерку стран БРИКС, и зачастую обнаруживают отсутствие общих ценностей и интересов, грозящее неизбежным крахом БРИКС. Данная статья выдвигает гипотезу о том, что на место первоначальному стремлению стран БРИКС изменить архитектуру международных финансов в пользу развивающихся государств приходит желание сохранить выгодные для этих государств характеристики глобальной экономики (низкие торговые барьеры, валютная стабильность, свобода движения инвестиций) в условиях упадка гегемонии США. Сегодня государства БРИКС разделяют стремление Китая обеспечить либеральный характер международной торговой системы при одновременном усилении государственного регулирования согласно модели «встроенного либерализма». Для обоснования данного подхода автор широко использовал идеи неомарксистской школы МПЭ, переживающей в настоящее время период своего ренессанса.
