Левые силы Европы о будущем европейского проекта

Статья посвящена анализу актуальных предложений ведущих левых сил Европейского cоюза по модернизации европейского строительства, переустройству европейской интеграции в политической, экономической и социальной сферах. Основное внимание уделено рассмотрению позиции европейской социал-демократии, и в частности европейским подходам Партии европейских социалистов (ПЕС). Показано, что, несмотря на системное ослабление, социал-демократия продолжает оставаться ведущим направлением в европейском левом движении. Одновременно с этим автор уточняет, что внутри европейской «социалистической семьи», среди ее идейно-политических течений выделяются отдельные, специфические подходы к сути европейской интеграции. Также проанализированы европейские инициативы Европейской зеленой партии, Партии европейских левых, рассмотрена точка зрения традиционных коммунистических партий, тенденции левого популизма и особенности подходов левосепаратистских партий«Старого Света». Автор приходит к выводу о том, что тематика европейского проекта и его будущего по-прежнему служит глубоким водоразделом для современного левого движения в ЕС, в рамках которого имеются как «еврооптимисты», так и «евроскептики»; что единого «европейского проекта» у современных левых не имеется. В то же время отмечается, что с учетом того, что левые и левоцентристские силы сохраняют влияние в отдельных регионах Европы, продолжают возглавлять правительства отдельных государств, сохраняют (особенно через ПЕС) позиции в коммунитарных институтах, предстоящие возможные реформы ЕС не могут не учитывать точку зрения левых политических сил.
