Динамика соотношения потенциалов государств и перспективы формирования полицентричной системы международных отношений

Аннотация

Попытки количественного определения потенциалов государств предпринимаются уже несколько десятилетий. Исследователи часто предлагают различный набор базовых показателей, объясняющих дальнейшую дисперсию силы в современном мире. Вместе с тем во многих работах фиксируется либо смешение критериев, находящихся на разных уровнях анализа, либо чрезмерное завышение значимости одной из характеристик. Такой подход не дает представления о реальном соотношении силовых потенциалов государств. В статье предлагается собственное обоснование показателей экономического и военного потенциалов крупнейших стран мира. Фиксируемые за последние несколько лет изменения соотношений этих показателей демонстрируют преждевременность оценок о сложившемся полицентричном мире и стагнацию в тенденции на постепенное усиление потенциалов большинства развивающихся государств.
