Прошлое, настоящее и будущее единой Европы глазами французских левых

В статье рассматривается положение сил на левом фланге французского партийно-политического спектра с точки зрения отношения основных партий и движений к перспективам европейской интеграции. В центре внимания автора находится Французская социалистическая партия (ФСП), для которой внутренние противоречия между еврооптимистами и евроскептиками стали отражением фундаментального доктринального конфликта. Возникший еще при создании партии в начале XX в., он нашел свое промежуточное решение в виде модели развития французского социализма, предложенной Ф. Миттераном в 1970-х годах. Однако ее исчерпание к середине 2000-х годов активизировало конфликт, знаковым проявлением которого стал раскол партии по вопросу об отношении к конституции ЕС в 2005 г. Поражение партии на выборах 2017 г. и обозначившаяся перспектива ее дальнейшей деградации во многом связаны именно с этим обстоятельством. Отдельно рассматривается позиция сил «левее левой», стоящих на евроскептических позициях. Традиционно активны здесь троцкисты, отношение которых к современной евроинтеграции, однако, неоднозначно. Считая ее в целом глобалистским проектом, они, в массе своей, не склонны требовать немедленного выхода Франции из ЕС. Главную роль среди сил «левее левой» в настоящее время играет движение Ж.-Л. Меланшона, к 2017 г. во многом потеснившее ФСП на левом фланге в целом. При том, что оно выиграло от роста массовых евроскептических настроений в стране, сохраняется проблема выдвижения им конструктивной программы, направленной на реальное реформирование ЕС.
