Формирование кризиса в отношениях России с Европейским союзом и западным сообществом: перспективы изменения ситуации

В статье анализируется текущий кризис в отношениях России и Европейского союза, (ЕС) являющийся частью более глобального кризиса отношений России и западного сообщества, который может быть охарактеризован и проанализирован в рамках концепции «прохладной войны». Рассматривается эволюция тенденций в отношениях России и ЕС с начала 1990-х годов по трем основным измерениям их взаимодействий (экономическая взаимозависимость, ценностно-политическое и внешнеполитическое измерения) в контексте взаимоотношений России и западного сообщества. Анализируется то, как современный кризис и его ключевые факторы (отношения России и ЕС на пространстве их «общего соседства», взаимные санкционные режимы Москвы и Брюсселя, трансформация отношений России с ЕС и его странами-участницами вследствие кризиса) исследуются академическим и экспертным сообществами в России и на Западе. В этом отношении представляет особенный интерес то, какие проблемы выявляются исследователями в контексте рассматриваемого кризиса и какое им придается значение, как они исследуются и каким образом выявляются причинно-следственные связи тех или иных событий и факторов, определяющих формирование, развитие и текущую динамику кризиса в отношениях России и Запада, составной и крайне важной частью которого является нарастание кризисных тенденций в отношениях России и Европейского союза. Делаются выводы относительно потенциальных качественных изменений в ту или иную сторону в отношениях Москвы и Евросоюза, включая институты ЕС и страны-участницы, выявляются возможности и ограничители для возможных изменений в современных условиях.
